Working in a school is hard enough, working in a school designed to stimulate and grow young mutant minds is even harder. Bobby had been running around from class to class all week with no end in sight. When he agreed to join Logan he expected more fight stuff and less book learning boy was he wrong. Bobby was happy to be with his family again but sometimes he just needs a break from it all. Though with Bobby being himself he always finds the time.
Logan had given Bobby the task of grading papers, as if there wasn't anyone else who was more capable of doing it. But it meant that he got to stay in his office so it was a great job. Bobby began with good intentions but only was able to get through a low amount of students. The last one that Bobby actually remembers grading as one belonging to a student named James. It was one that stuck out in his head, mostly because this student starting putting the word cheese as the answers to math problems. Either this kid was trying to be funny or just thought that was the answer, whichever one it was he got an F anyway.
After that last paper Bobby made the very astute and professional choice to lock his door, put his feet up on his desk and begin to take a nap. It was a well deserved one, the twelve papers he graded really took it out of him, besides every growing super-strong mutant needs their beauty sleep. Plus with Bobby's devilish good looks he needs even more.
And so it was that Bobby was in his office right in the middle of the day with the door locked taking a nap. Life as a powerful mutant of ice really does have its advantages. Now if only no one would bother him.

When being an original x-men you'd assume break times were frequent, but they were more or less not even accessible. Each day she was training more buds of life to defend themselves, and of course get their work done. Some of the kids really didn't like that whole part, and that just put more stress on her mind. It didn't make her crazy, but part of the time she just wanted to lock up in her room for an hour and have personal time. Actually, it was only a select few who disobeyed her order and of course when seeing that others began to follow. She was not going to name any names, but their little disturbance in her realm lead each student into a word of trouble.
"Ugh, after last week I seriously need some me time."
Kitty sighed deeply, reminding herself that not everyday was hard and that she'd never ever give up on teaching others. It was her calling after all, and when something like that was in your face...you just can't run away, and Kitty was not the type. She was more of the working it out one of the family, and the punching in the face too. As she continued on towards a fellow teachers door, she remembered only knowing of one man who slept so much that sometimes he scolded him like a parent. It was like working with a child, and no surprise he stressed her out the most, the thought was on the verge of a headache appearing so she stopped, phasing through it she heard a snore, and sighed, her foot tapping.
"I would love to know why YOU ARE SLEEPING...AGAIN!"

As the Iceman slept he began to dream his usual dreams. He had just taken down an army of sentinels and was standing atop victories with his "Ice-Men" watching behind him. With a quick screech of a familiar voice Bobby was thrust out of his chosen dream world, "I would love to know why YOU ARE SLEEPING...AGAIN!" the voice yelled.
Bobby groaned as he began to move awake again. Kitty had made her way into his office which just made Bobby groan even more. It wasn't that he hated Kitty, far from it. It was the fact that he constantly had to deal with her rather explosive personality. "Come on Kitty why don't you just let me sleep, its been a long day"Bobby adjusted himself in his chair while watching Kitty tap her foot in frustration. A small smirk grew on his face as he continued to relax in front of Kitty. Just like old times he thought to himself.
Ever since Kitty joined the X-Men there has always been this love-hate relationship between them. They would be at each-others throats one moment and then be the best of friends the next. Their relationship overall was complicated, which suited Bobby just fine. Secretly Bobby knew that Kitty loved it just as much as him. The two were one of the closest people in the ranks of the x-men. It was just so obvious that they were such good friends.
After a few moments Bobby noticed that Kitty was in fact still in his office. "So, i see you are still here. Did you need something cause i was having a wonderful dream that i would love to get back to That was sure to start something here. Bobby could feel the fight beginning to take place right in Kitty's head. Bobby knew Kitty would actually not let to let him sleep anymore, therefore there would be nothing else to do except fight with Kitty. Well he could do some work , but knowing Bobby he would do anything in his power to avoid it.

Rachel woke up in the early morning ready to face the day. Or at least, that was what she thought she was ready for. The snuggling comfort of her bed warmed her body into a state of blissful slumber. It was rarely anything good, often plagued with nightmares of her world, or the deaths of John and Elaine Grey. The pain of losing her family was strong, and that was why she needed the X-Men so badly in her life. They were all she had left. Rachel slowly got out of bed, stepping into her shower as she let the hot water cascade over her body. She leaned forward, her palms against the shower wall as the beads of steaming water ran down her tight, leanly muscled back. Her hair fell down in wet streaks beside her face as the red strands stood out against the steaming glass of the shower. She tried to focus, her telepathy catching all the stray thoughts of other students... "I hope Mr. Drake doesn't flunk me...."
"Is Mr. Logan part animal?"
"I am so gonna be late for class..."
"I wonder if Andrey knows I'm in love with him?"All these thoughts ran through her mind like a train, a series of unwanted signals that she often had to filter and block out. She was an Omega level telepath, and that often came with problems other people didn't have to deal with. Water pooled around her feet as her naked body slowly filtered out the unclean parts of her flesh as her mind filtered out the erroneous thoughts flying through the astral plane around her invisibly. Rachel stepped out of the shower, wrapping a towel around herself as she leaned her tired head against the door, and her telepathy reached out to the rest of the Faculty Staff at once. ~"Do we still have an All Staff Meeting this morning?"~ her telepathic voice reached out to the other Senior X-Men.

Bobby was only able to take all the rantings of Kitty for so long. After what seemed like five hours of being yelled at and yelling back Bobby made up some stupid excuse in order to get out of his office. Rubbing his tired neck Bobby maneuvered his way through the long halls of the school trying to get his mind off of certain events that were dragging him down. Meeting himself was strange enough but then you would have to add everything that came with being a teacher at a school for mutants. Bobby needed to clear his head if he was going to have to teach later in the day. He began his stroll through the halls and soon found his way in the main classroom wing of the school. Making the mistake of taking his time through the hall Bobby soon found himself swarmed with seemingly endless waves of students. He happened to recognized some of them from his math class, others he had no idea. The massive pleads of extra tutoring and not to fail surrounded the ice clad mutant.
Taking a page from Logan's book of avoiding students Bobby sprinted away from the whines of his students and carefully began to maneuver away from anyone shorter than him to avoid the surprise of another failing student. Truly a testament to his manly character, not too many could grow to his level of prowess in the school so early in the year.
Bobby wondered the halls until he made it to the safety of his classroom near the back end of the school. With a quiet squeak of the door Bobby was able to breathe out a final breath of relief before throwing himself on his desk chair to finish his nap. His rest wasn't left in peace for long as a familiar voice echoed in his head. "Do we still have an All Staff Meeting this morning?". Rachel Grey, as if this morning wasn't stressful enough. Bobby groaned as load as he could through the telepathic link before responding "I don't know, probably. We need a memo board or something" Bobby had heard something about that a few days ago, but knowing how fast things change in this school it wouldn't surprise him to know the meeting was canceled.
