And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
Robyn was excited. She got off of her Vespa. She got her drivers license a few months back and the Vespa was a gift from her mom. A new shop just opened up that she was looking forward to. It was a shop that sold big name brands. She hated having to go into New York City to get her favorite brands. One would ask how a teen girl with no job could afford it. Her grandmother started a savings account for her when she was younger so she had some cash saved. She mainly used it for essentials, but she didn't see the harm in treating herself every now and then.
As soon as she entered she headed back to the shoes. She believed a girl could never have enough shoes. As she tried on a pair, a young man, maybe no more than a few years older than herself approached her and asked if she needed assistance. He worked there. Robyn looked up at him.
"No, ah think ah'm good," she said, her Georgia accent rather thick.
The young man smiled and told her where he would be if she needed anything. Robyn smiled as he walked away. He wasn't too bad on the eyes. She focused back on the shoes, trying on a pair of studded flats. She had big feet so it was hard to find nice shoes. This store carried the shoes she was looking for.
They usually needed permission to leave the mansion, which she did obtain. Plus Salem Center was only a few miles from the school.
